Torchwood Fanfiction Pet Peeve #1

xandraAlright so there is no doubt i read a lot of Doctor Who/Torchwood fanfic... more so then may be heathy. However there is one thing that annoys the hell out of me: there is one misconception that pops up 50% of the time in Torchwood fanfic: Jack's office is not UPSTAIRS! My god its on the same level as Owen's and Tosh's desk. granted i think there might be stairs going the other way into his office... but no not from Tosh's or Owen's desks.
