Hmmm... 15... It fells like i should have been able to make more. astartexx don't give me that look.

My favourite video this year (of my own):

Angel... just because its the creepiest vid i ever made, it haunted me even when making it because of the subject matter. I almost ditched it but felt i couldn't get it out of my head so i finished it. Its the crowning achivement of my disturbing vids.


My least favourite:

well its too soon to tell. Cause i usually end up loving them in the end but its almost always my last vid but i only just released it.

Most successful video:

Devil By My Side. For reason I will list under "hardest video to make" this one gave me the most trouble because i hated it and it was technially done 2 monthes before i released it. I had trouble making feel new and i hate repeating myself. However it was the most successful, people loved it and i'm still surprised. It all just seemed like an old, over used idea but i guess i just look at it too hard.

Most fun video to make:

Precious, because nothing is more fun then vidding Dexter than having to post it anonymously for several months. No titles, no beta, no pic, the witty summary. 8 hours editing and it was ready to go. Now that i got my good HQ copy back, i'll slap titles on "YAY!"

Hardest video to make:

As i said before it was Devil By My side. For all the reasons i sad above. There was just too much footage and i was using all the same things. It was also the first video i put effort into FXing. If it wasn't for Charmax and Astarte it would never see the light of day. Arg and the color coding of blue for Samantha and Gold for Scully kicked my ass. But hey i think I did my best "montage" ever of Scully and Doors. I mean i got specific on that one. She had to open the door herself and mulder had to be inside... I really went nuts on that one but it looks good. Also needed to figure out an end... so i went with the angst. God i hate this video.

Vid projects I definitely want to get finished this year:

I want to finish my half-ass DS9 vid. Just for me, I just want to get it done and stop playing with it! Bastards.

I also want to do some movie vids, just don't have the song or the movie.

You've made more vids this year than I realised. Obviously I watched them all as they came it just hadn't dawned on me it was that many.

Precious is still the only Dexter vid I've been able to watch from beginning to end. That's gotta say something!

me neither. It seemed like less to me cause i like to think i can release one every month and forget that though it my not be a new one every month but four or so every three months evens it all out... My god do i really vid this much? it's compulsive.

Ah, thanks. I think its cause i tried to tell a simplish story and kept it short. So the show is too dark for you my dear? It does seem like its my and astarte's separated at birth show. its perfect for us.

I know I've commented about Devil By My Side before, but I just had to say again how much I love that vid :D And the door sequence was really neat! You mangaged to find clips that matched the music perfectly. Also loved In the Sun, Running up that Hill and Bad Day :D
